Interesting as I am seeing more "fund of fund" models which are really just people raising money for these sponsors (will not get into legalities of this on whether it is in a gray area or not).

@Jay Hinrichs is correct in that a securities attorney would require the disclosure of past issues but the gray area comes to disclosing highly likely future issues that have not been realized yet.
