Show a solid performing AirBNB and then punch out a list of prospecting for arbitrage and also promoting yourself as a co-host. 

If you have a ton of activity, then host an open house, get people through and then let them apply.

The plan was to buy a warehouse, lay down turf and hard courts and lease the space to local schools and leagues and host tournaments.

.: I'd like to know if hosts are using the dynamic pricing tool on Airbnb and VRBO.  

Our owner also hosts a quarterly workshop for investors. 

But it will if it has to reach out to multiple hosts (who use dynamic pricing) as VRBO's inventory will be affected.

The key is to offer something different to the other homes, and be an attentive host, to get good reviews to boost OTA (Airbnb/vrbo) rankings.
