@Sebastian Nadal Congratulations on your first purchase and how exciting that you want to start house hacking!

I’m starting off wanting to get into a primary residence that I plan to house hack and then figure out the next move into investment properties but that’s down the roadwith all that said, are there other ways that im not thinking of to 1.

If you are newer I'd suggest a house hack unless you can rinse/repeat this process again. 

Looking to invest in a multifamily in the raleigh/surrounding areas. Would love to get anyones experience on househacking in this particular market and any insights on the north carolina market areas

Alexandria, VA is a great spot for house hacking!

Many successful investors started small, such as with house hacking or buying affordable properties to rent out.

Applying that to RE investing, most would agree your first FHA loan should be a multi-unit house hack.

Attend your local REI meet-ups and try to find someone who is currently house-hacking or has house-hacked in the past to learn from their experience.
