I can offer both conventional (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and government (FHA, VA, USDA) options to help make it happen! 

And with much more in commonality with starting and running say a restaurant. 

As the state capital, it boasts a strong government and military presence, supported by the nearby Air Force Base.

I run multiple properties in B or C area and I maintain super host status every quarter.

(Government will set cybersecurity standards, but then are rarely enforced). 

I still might purchase there but I have to know a lot more about the rules that governed that market.
