But if its not related to that type of water damage, the other questions ask about present tense issues, and not past issues.Are you saying that even though he filed an insurance claim for $15,000 and only provided me with a $5,000 quote without any description of the repair, he is not required to disclose it because he believes it’s fixed?

I've been saying this for years.Norada Capital is not strictly a syndication, but rather was selling high yield non-collateralized promissory notes, guaranteed only by their private company for which they give no financial description of what the company does or how it makes money on their website (Marco does describe the business some in an article below).
