They all tend to look alike and as soon as one sells out, they build another one next door or down the street. 

While the usual saying "you get what you pay for" obviously applies, I'm flabbergasted that people are ready to invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in a foreign country but have an issue paying a likely small amount in relation to that to make sure they don't end up making a bad investment.Hope this helps!

out of that 50 made good money and by that I mean well over 250k a year.. but fully half made just a living.. but you never know when that client comes in who takes a liking to you.. and your not working for free.
