Be clear on the key features, then tell everyone what you want.

But since there is a limit to how much money the bank has access to....their rate will be higher...and have some other feature that doesn't look as good as a "conventional" loan. 

I recommend homing in on what MOST vacationers are looking for in a specific market and try to find properties that have natural features/amenities that are scarce.  

THE attractive feature to me of MHP is renting the lots, not renting homes.
