I like 1 if it was a cleaner cut, but then 1 does feel similiar to facebook (which you dont want I wouldnt think)2 is to simple3 is too complicated and feminine as somebody pointed out.3 might be a good one if you simplify the colors of it and emphasis but off the top first one i liked was #1 simple but not too simple and i liked the green house

(If you have a house don't worry about paying that off yet, I'll give you an idea of what you can do about that in a bit)2) once all your debt is paid off, start saving money, you save money by only buying what you need NOT WHAT YOU WANT, so you NEED hygienic supplies, food, clothes (but only once every 2, 3 months making a budget on that of maybe $100 to $150 per person in the house hold) you need gas, utilities, rent or mortgage ect.. you DON'T NEED for example if you have cable with HBO do you really need Netflix and do you really need to go to the movies every weekend, do you need to have all the movie packages that the cable company offers??

Usually it's more like, "hey, my drain is clogged, come fix it," and then you get out there and find a giant wad of used hygiene products that should never be flushed to begin with clogging up everything.

I have a clause that states that if a plumber determines that a drain is clogged by something a tenant puts down it (hair, grease, feminine products, wipes, etc), then the tenant must pay for the repair.

Certain leases state that the landlord only covers pest control for the first 30-60 days etc and then its on the tenants, since by that time they are likely the reason why the pests are there....i.e they attract pests due to hygiene etc.HVAC...... that level is not a code issue, so you wont be able to force anything.
