Don't like facial or neck tattoos?

There have been a rash of shortsales in my area but nothing alarming, definitely a decent quiet neighborhood with very little crime.

A bitter pill to swallow but they are on the rise now and have come up as much as $30kRecently though there seems to be a rash of sales that are much higher then what current value would point to.

Although urban legend has it that has been a rash of these I think a search will find that there has only been ONE, and when political heat got turned up the HOA reversed themselves and deeded it back to the elderly lady in exchange for the overdue dues and some nominal late charges.I got into a discussion on this or another board a few months ago with some folks who told me about all of them because they had "heard all about it on a radio program", that was when I did the search.

I spoke to one of the building inspectors and he said that they get a big rash of calls after parent visiting day for people trying to break leases.

For those of us who think one week a little facial hair looks good and then shave it off a week later.

I think you are not allowed to shave or trim the facial hair until you close.
