Might be good to do research on how much it is locally to maintain that type of tub like fixing cracks, touching up chips etc...Porcelain cost more but lasts longer but can need glazing from time time as well so research that to locally for longer term care.

We renovated the heck out of it-brand new carpet, new porcelain tile and laminate flooring downstairs, epoxied the garage floor, new countertops, sink, pull down faucet, glass backsplash, new paint entire house, all new baseboards, added crown molding, and artificial turf and hard scaping front and back yard.

You have to do your own numbers and guess what your appreciation will be to arrive at what is the best return for you.In my rentals I prefer granite in the kitchen and porcelain in the bath.

It's a travertine with a great feel and the only tile that matches the existing set up close to the price point. stone look Porcelain feels cheap IN THIS instance and clearly printed on.
