DJT is right- every American is entitled- and expected- to practice tax avoidance(via depreciation, 1031 exchanges, or whatever, the tax code legally allows) but tax evasion is a different animal.

I don't think there is any evidence to prove that.Assuming you are right though, I wouldn't fear a tax audit because I'm not partaking in tax evasion.

Not reporting to IRS: Tax evasion - might not seem like a big deal since it's such a negligible amount, but sooner or later you might have to submit your tax records for another big purchase, and the added income stream will need to be verified.
