I actually sold a condo that I lived in for several years - primarily because of the HOA - and have decided that I'll never live under one again.I know that does not help you, but I suppose the real question is whether you think it is worth the time, resources, and energy to fight the board.If you've been unable to find such a screen door, perhaps the members of the esteemed (TIC) board could identify where to find one?

I believe working out, however that may be, gives you a clearer mind, more focus, more confidence and self-esteem and thus that should pour over into whatever you are doing - job, business, etc.

The dictionary says: 1 : to reduce from a higher to a lower state or condition : debase2 : to declare or prove to be a bastard3 : to modify especially by introducing discordant or disparate elementsSince bulk REO's parents were probably married at the time of birth, #2 doesn't apply.So, I'm not sure that I've lowered it's esteem by debasing it or that I've introduced any "discordant or disparate elements."

:Those of us from a conservative point of view came to a consensus in November to stop talking to the liberals here.As usual with you guys, what you say you're going to do and what you actually do are very different things...Did your decision to "stop talking to liberals" also include not sending private messages, because one of your esteemed colleagues felt the need to send me a PM a few weeks ago reminding me of what he thinks about my politics.I guess he didn't have the discipline to "stop talking to liberals" but didn't want his friends to think he wasn't cool like the rest of you guy, huh?
