so technically everybody shuold do some exercise of some sort a couple of times per week at least. it is proven that the exercise helps you balance your self out. it makes you more relaxed as you can work stress of, personally joggingis great for that, also by working out a bit you feel more energetic becasue your body is being trained and so you feel less lethargic!
