Imagine me asking my attorney for $35K worth of free court appearance /advise or a real estate agent to forgo the 6% fees on selling of a home or demanding my property manager give me 20 years of free property management or going to Best Buy every week and coming out with a cart full of electronics good without paying, etc.

He didn’t just make a decent profit; he sudenly saw himself as part of a network where trust and reputation were the real currency.

This guy will buy $2,00 rims for the car, then be late on the rent, Go an a golf trip to Singapore, then he is late with the rent.Maybe we should both look at electronic rent collection that allows for a visa payment?

I'm thinking that I need to go to an electronic receipt tracking system, I've been doing it old school all these years - dump them on my desk, some month down the road go through them all and file them to folders for reach property, start a new folder each year. 

I agree with the majority that this electronic currency or “digital currency” is just too new to have a very educated opinion but of course you can do your due diligence to be ahead for that matter.

US dollar will stay the dominant currency.
