@Matthew Drouin I haven't even dreamed of doing what I'm talking about but research the subject I've been brought to various YouTube video offer case studies & case analysis which would have me to believe deals can be done by lone individuals without any capital of their own being spent.

Hey @Cliff Benner, to be honest, I stumbled onto it on Zillow when doing some dream hunting.

He always puts our dreams first and foremost.

This income will help support our dream of moving to Europe in the near future.We're hoping to connect with an experienced realtor who works with investors and can help us navigate the market.

And my final dream is to buy land in my home country to build affordable housing for people there.

Focus on the big moves: security, renovations, and cutting dead weight. 

It’s simple, people who spend good money on the home of their dreams don’t want STR’s next door to them.  

I like umbrella because there is no worry of being pierced for inadequate separation of finances, if sued you have a heavy weight in your corner who has all the consequences of a defeat, and because usually it is reasonably priced (mine today is not so reasonably priced but I believe it is mostly related to the risks of CA).I do understand that the probability of needing the umbrella policy is low.  

Ideally I wanted to live in Lake View as that's my dream neighborhood, but I just didn't have the funds/income.
