I let my brother (who is now 27) manager it and it went downhill from there so I came back up to take care of the properties.

I live at Big White Ski Resort in Kelowna BC, Canada. 5 months of winter and 3 months of summer tourism has just been added because they’ve introduced downhill biking.

They just introduced downhill biking to change the tourism from 5 months to 8 months.

Whole thing went downhill when I decided to go away for vacation during the project and he took large payment from us and then on it was constantly falling back.  

And I have heard service has gone downhill recently, for what it's worth. 

Daleville has went downhill quite a bit in the last few years.

You can fix most problems with a little time, but if don’t have enough cash to float you by for a little while things get a little stressful and quality of life goes downhill real fast.

BAD DECISION - water runs downhill so my seal-coated and still leaking roof is destroying my ceiling and my 2 1/2 year old rehab. 

Within a few hours you can be downhill skiing in the winter or at the California beaches playing in the surf.A lot of high tech is opening shop in Tempe and Chandler (near Phoenix) and housing is more affordable than other successful cities.
