It's simply a giant neon sign flashing their age.

He is rarely there when he does show he’s late more than he is on time .. shows up drunk/high with neon purple hair and gets in fights with coworkers .blames everyone and anyone about the cards he was dealt never realizing he is the one dealing out the cards.wears designer clothes ,150$ shoes and buys 9$ a pack cigarettes but complains he’s always broke .

We are intending to give the tenant the 30-day notice after we close .Unfortunately we found out issues that the seller "hide" in the process with this tenant and to make life easier down the road, this is not a tenant we would want as trouble is written in neon letters.Thanks

Like if the sky and grass is neon blue and green, that is a detractor to a listing for example.

Short of a giant neon sign saying "HEY, Bach, RIGHT HERE, this means ___" I don't know how it could get more clear. 

Downtown Vegas is teeny but fun and there is a lot of walkable nightlife and food and neon.

A neon light somewhere, that says something fun. 

Unfortunately 'monthly management fee' is the neon marketing sign to get you in the door, then they commonly charge you excessive fees in other ways.

I usually begin with a neutral color, and only at a request will allow a specialty paint color ( i.e. brighter, very very dark, neon, red,orange) to be done at the tenants cost.

If your looking for anything other than a home or vacation home you should probably look for a commercial agent (they are harder to find, most of them don't drive around with flashing neon signs and lifesize photographs of themselves on their vehicles like alot of residentials do) but if you look hard enough they are there.
