But wait, there's more.My front yard, all concrete, now looks like a Diwali festival, because in addition to the yellow spray paint, there is a 3 ft in diameter purple dot where the same tenant dropped a can of paint a few weeks ago.My question (besides do you have a good lawyer in the Bronx, New York) is how should I handle this?

I have seen a number of these run in small diameter piping so they are much easier to contend with compared with older exhaust lines that typically vent through the flue.

I first had to get all the court cases under control which meant totally buttoning the building up and literally shoveling foot tall by three foot in diameter piles of dried feces out of the place.

It may have marks on it where the two halves of the hinge swing, but it shouldn't have notches or grooves.If the pin does have notches or grooves, you can try replacing the pin, if you can find a modern one of the same diameter
