Also, index funds are "self-cleansing" in that over time, the companies that don't make it automatically fall off as new more successful ones are added.

If nobody else bids, then the bank "buys" the property back, cleansing the property of all junior liens, evicts the former homeowners and lists the property with a Realtor who specializes in REO (Real Estate Owned) on the MLS or Hubzu or Auction.com, etc.

Take that list, and pay someone (assuming you don't have the time to do it yourself) and manually look at each property from w/i Realcomp to see if helps you remove or keep that particular property using the info in any old or current listings.You can also run google searches on each property in the list and look to see if there are any clues on the usage of the property which would help you purge/cleanse the list as well.Hope that helps!

The whole system will cleanse this nonsense in short order:But what emerges from court filings, depositions and interviews is that once the bank places you on its foreclosure assembly line, it becomes nearly impossible to get off.

The banking cabal has dug there claws so deep, taken over so much, it would be nothing short of burning the entire system out the ground to "cleanse" the system of the cancer to get back to healthy life.   

It cleanses you and allows you to think objectively.
