AC is very depressed so it has all of the challenges of any depressed area but in really large doses.

But, the fact is that our home has been declining in value since we purchased in May of 2022 because we bought during the "Covid Bump", and the market has been depressed for the past 2 years. 

He was my employer as well until he laid me off then raised mortgage 500$  I’m so mad depressed and I want to be made whole again 

And depressing.

Hey @James Thompson Such a personal question, but coming from a realtor and investor in FL, most of our markets are pretty depressed and therefore finding lots of great buying opportunities now.

Stayed open thru the depression.  

At the end of this year, I'll be moving back to San Luis Obispo County, CA, and I have been a bit depressed looking at the housing prices. 

Johnstown is in an extremely depressed part of PA.

If you examine the data you'll be able to see if rents in your market have rebounded since then or are they still depressed . 

Not the first won't be the last.This will depress home prices as people liquidate their STR's in the area.
