But a Zinsser wood bleach kit and follow the directions.Sometimes, you're going to want the whole wood floor to be darker, and anytime you do, that's great news for spot treatment, because it makes matching the stained wood to the rest of the floor a lot easier.

The property is in FEMA Shaded X flood zone and on high ground but surrounded by wetlands/swamp far from any main bodies of water.I'd like to hire someone to look at the property and tell me if the wetlands are going to help mitigate, or make worse, future flooding events.
