Would it be possible for me to qualify for an FHA loan as an 18 year old with no credit history (well I will have a little after i get a credit card). 

If you have equity and decent credit, a conventional Fannie Mae HomeStyle (or the Freddie Mac version) would likely be the better option instead of an FHA 203k loan (which will require a 3rd party HUD consultant to oversee the deal in addition to having the contractor involved). 

Keep your payment at no more than 35% of your income and minimize your credit card and auto debt.

Certainly will be sure to ask to see the card before signing an official agreement.Wouldn't be asking about cigarettes or cigars.

There are still people out there who only deal with cash, and are queasy about using credit or debit card to make purchases. 

I have two banks that have done so as well as a credit card, and know of a couple of organizations that have as well.

As far as the business card is concerned, to me personally I think having both things on one business card is acceptable .
