Looking for suggestions on a white paint color to go with the dark wood trim. 

It's usually a CMA with slick looking brochure on a nicely printed color pamphlet from the RPR generated data.Nail the business model first, iterate, and proceed with your passion. 

The kitchen cabinets, they are two different colors.

I haven't used Lifeproof before so can't comment on their specific colors.

Should I stain these doors and hardwood floors a dark expresso color, or lighten them, or just leave them alone?

I've worked for a few direct lenders and theres a reason the cream of the crop become brokers; half of W2 employee LO's have no idea what they are doing...If I'm buying a property, I want a good quarterback directing me through the process, not a third string who is lucky to see the light of day.

I think whenever you are getting advice from someone it's important to always consider the source to identify the incentives that person has to give a certain answer and how it colors their thoughts.
