Stop craving all the material things people crave and be satisfied with less.But that is not what you are asking.

In fact, the market is craving it.

We crave drama and we crave news that will confirm our biases, biases that the media and gossip helped form.

Numbers look better with a lot of smaller units, but if the market isn't renting them but is craving larger units, you could have a problem.
