It took me at least a full minute to figure out you were just talking about fishing.

Hell, you can go to a nice steak house and buy yourself a dinner, then get home and realize you could have cooked it for yourself and saved money.

I would love to house hack but unfortunately live in Los Angeles, so house hacking is a bit out of reach for me at the moment. 

If you don’t cook, would  you spend money learning how to boil a pot of water on a stove?

I did talk to the sheriff of the county and he had also told me at the moment that they are ordered to stand down because of the Governor.

Whereas for me (at this stage of my investing career and my personal life) if a project is profitable and supports my ability to live somewhere with better cost of living and quality of life, the balance between the two can be just as valuable. 

It is typically caused by excess humidity (showering or cooking) and can be resolved by teaching the tenant to use ventilation fans and airing out the home once a week for 10-15 minutes.

If you feel like you are scraping by, you might need to downsize the apartment, go out less, eat out less, cook more, etc.

I have been investing for 8 years & Jonathon answered a lot of questions for me at events when I got started so I have followed him closer than others. 

But I would imagine the credit card companies would start to restrict me at some point.
