For example Como, Stop-6, SE Fort Worth, and the area around Wesleyan University (areas I think of as C to D generally) will not sustain those rates, while Chapel Creek / White Settlement, most of Benbrook,the areas near Hulen Mall, Saginaw, parts of Cleburne, Mansfield, Arlington, and many others will do so easily.

The geographic extent of use of "trade name"Samples of advertising...Should I respond to this letter or be concerned or are they just saber rattling?

I am having an agent run more specif comos for the last six months but from what i found in my own research is as follows 2bd 1 bath 1000sqft SFHARV 200k - 240kRehab 25k-50k (likely in the middle)Asking 95kI live about 2 hours or so away but going to walk though saturday morning and sounds very promising we will be able to sign that day as well but will still be negotiating final price.

Not sure how much draw money is involved but the last thing you want to do other than maybe a saber rattler letter is to litigate and stop your whole project.. 

I do have some cash not much 50k to invest should I not sell that property my first rental it has great bones new rooof windows floors paint so cute  but not my dream hosue or retirement hosue too many stairs  I also see one of my kids maybe needing torment it or live in it one day sweet little HOA community  I’m not the best saber shoot I should have so much like my saved since I make good income but I have a damn hobby farm that takes up my money damn goats and chickens lol But I need to be savvy.
