The sellers had put so much pots, plants, planters and shrubs out that I thought there were too many plants/planters that would require a new owner to upkeep.After a few potential buyer tours/showings, the owner heard all the comments (via the security cameras) about how there was a "lot going on with the plants and stuff out front".

Looks like a number of Real Estate CPAs commented in this thread - reach out to a few to kick-off the conversation 

Confused by the 23K down payment comment. why would you need down payment on a property you already own?

@Jay HinrichsA few notes on your comment.We sold less than 75 of our 3K+ loans to Peer Street back in 2018 and your comment is not relevant.

However, echoing many of the comments above, it is risky. 

Extensively commented on, no need for me to add to it.Warehouses is somewhere towards the bottom.
