I rushed over and when I got there I found about 20 couples, all obvious newbies....the comments I overheard were - "I don't like the color of the walls in the entry"...."

But with so many of these projects in motion, how do I know which is a good development, but not overpriced?

It's usually a CMA with slick looking brochure on a nicely printed color pamphlet from the RPR generated data.Nail the business model first, iterate, and proceed with your passion.

Should I stain these doors and hardwood floors a dark expresso color, or lighten them, or just leave them alone?
