@Juliann Morala Yep, a buyers agent that works exclusively with investors will have all the info you need and lots of options on contractors, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, property managers.

Agents can quickly run comps so that would be helpful for you.

Aligning yourself with a buyers agent who understands the STR market is absolutely critical. 

Hi @William Taylor, As an agent and investor, I have a few suggestions. 

Try to get an extended closing and/or options to extend the closing until you are ready to close on the sale of your relinquished property. 

Refinancing has more nuances than it seems, and so do closing costs.

A smart seller/listing agent will likely require a large EMD to tie you to performing on your offer, so be prepared for that. 

I've since closed down to focus on other businesses and run my own STR's. 

It wouldn't hurt to set up time to meet with agents, property managers, lenders, and others while you’re visiting your markets of interst.
