I have a question regarding double closing deals in NJ.

They usually come with fairly steep rates and high fees/points at closing.

Real estate loans to owner occupied properties where the business of the owner is closed down - or SHOULD be, and the owner needs some time to sell the property.  

A partner and I began searching, and after coming up empty for 6 months, we were sent this deal by a close friend and ended up closing a month later.

Contact a local closing attorney as they may have one for you to use. 

After some issues with the mortgage lender not doing their due diligence until the last minute they put in some of their commission to support the closing of this property.

I've found that Chase has great deals (almost no closing costs) for 5+.
