And yes I know no chipping paint but you know if you have done exterior paint on older buildings that is the bigger source of remediation costs doing it right or residing.

I send my handyman to take a look at the damages and its obviously chip all around the drain hole, the plumber from the company send me a photo of the tools they use to try to remove the drain and my handyman confirmed those are not the correct tools to do the job.

I currently go to school in Montreal so the market doesn't really interest me there for what i could paywhen I say I can get the all the money its just that it's not like I need for my potential partner to chip in but I just think that he should chip in, at least a little bit so that he would feel more "invested" in the project.
