Block charges for every form you have to input.

They acknowledged that if the tenant wants it adjusted to exclude that area then we'll revise, but they want to charge for the entire space...to them it is an integral component to leasing the yard since the City mandates screening landscape.

This was months ago and family member has lawyered up to see what’s going on we did continue working until we ran out of credit card figuring once the money is released we could just pay off the cards but the money is still on hold Back in October we decided that money does not exist and started applying for hard money loan/speaking to lenders and have gotten nowhere.

They don't charge an arm and a leg, and my experience with them has been pretty great so far.

I see people without capital being encouraged to increase their credit card limits to incur  $20 -40k debt which they are told they’ll “earn back” in the first one or two deals they do.  

If so are they charging rent for those? 

POF's and cash buyer and other lists notwithstanding. the free trial was 15 days, I cancelled on day 14 and they charged my card immediately AFTER my cancellation.

GEt some Credit Cards, spend a little every month and pay off, then get higher limits and repeat.

They should also be able to get paid in certain scenarios other that selling and/or they can charge an up front retainer fee to charge you for the paperwork if that is all they do.
