Take for instance Hidden Valley Lake in southern Lake co.. its an Old Boise Cascade development one of 27 they built in CA in the 60s... you could buy a nice home there 20 years ago for 125k and under..

Not keeping me away.. ...But for my grand kids I am buying them property on the east side of the Cascades  LOL.I don't think global warming will affect me in my life time but future generations if it happens will for sure.and if it means building walls then we will have to divert money from the military to build them I suspect as they would be the massive flood projects like were done in the early part of 1900's  IE the missisippi river deltas...

My advice looking through my own subjective experience is this: If you have liquid money then immediately start doing rental flips and cascade them to add a new one to your portfolio each year and become millionaires.

We get a % of the company side split for the transactions those agents do with an annual cap on each and it cascades 7 tiers with differing tier defined caps and each tier has a qualifier to unlock it.
