Building a Team – Who to Focus on First?

Second thing would be to work with a contractor, this is great stuff to do since you know building a house, building material costs, and knowledge of right and wrong what to do.

Cash flow might take a bit of a back seat but building a team you can trust and building experience are top priorities in my eyes.

The property management is the most important part of any team and I trust mine all the way.
