There are some dogs that just have to be on the couch so these cut way down on dog hairs.We provide dog bowls for water and food along with an absorbent mat.Last up we have a small Bissel hand cleaner for accidents.

I was barely hitting them with the 12 gauge, and he was taking them out of the air with his Glock 17...lol I could do that if the clays were the size of a a garbage can lid :)  We have 4 different shot guns for clays just to get variety  berreta silver pigeon 20 and one 12.. my old remington 870 wingmaster I used to use for geese and my grandfathers browning auto light 12 which is 75 years old but shoots very well..

Aside from Real Estate, my love for life is found in auto racing (F1, Indycar, Etc.), spending time with my family, and always continuing to better myself whether that be reading books, being outdoors and exercising, networking, and/or sharpening my skills for my trade.I started my real estate journey in 2021 after a software business I was a partner in had a bad partnership breakup that saw me lose everything (financially). 

These include accidents (I recently had 2 units destroyed by fire), natural disasters (I have had two units each hit by 2 hurricanes), property management turn over (they sell or stop being as good, I have experienced both), or turn over of team (I am turning over at handyman and I suspect plumber), or just wear n tear of property (slab leak in poor location, sewer pipes rotted out (one unit this month), roof, foundation issue, etc.).  

I own 3 other  businesses in the auto care industry.
