Biggest attraction for the house itself would be a more family atmosphere, big yard, and close to river access. 

I chose to work in Nashville, because I love the atmosphere.

The kansas city market is a good atmosphere, @YERXiong, look at my posts if you want I am still new to investing in the kansas city area and finally closed on my first 2 properties near UMKC a college that is close to the attraction spots .

@Michael Cheng I personally bank at First Republic because I like the small bank atmosphere in the branch.

The 2 day training was all pressure tactics and they use your emotions to get you to sign up for the expensive program which was held in CA where they present on a huge stage with lights and music with a party atmosphere.  3 days of partying and only enough content to demonstrate some possibilities in RE.

I get to work with an amazing brand to bring our sales tools and commerce into the current atmosphere of e-commerce through innovative business process engineering and technological system builds.

I'm hoping it'll be a little more laid back of an atmosphere.

In fact- they're dying to have more buyers like you where they can create this pre-order atmosphere and move deals quickly.

I know there are many factors to this question so please leave your input on what you feel keeps you happy at your brokerage (commission split, atmosphere, etc).
