I understand your concept, but it appears the terms, lender and investors, are being used interchangeably.

It appears to be a means to an end and the path of least resistance (somewhat related to number 1).

I am guessing they probably raised $15-25M from investors for the deal, so while the bank would still be covered investors would appear to collect maybe 10-20 cents on the dollar if they were to liquidate.if that's the case then I don't see buying one year really does anything unless I am missing something ? 

If you had prescreening info that makes it appear that there is no way they meet criteria do you still say the same thing? 

The Registered Agent will record the documents on your behalf so only their name and information appear on the documents.

It has come up quite a bit, still is a bit dangerous but appears to have plenty of room for improvement and appreciation.

Hi @Jorge Lopez appears the iOS version of the bigger pockets app has been pulled off the App Store, usually that happens because apps are not getting updated to meet current standards but I would have to defer to the BP team to clarify. 

I looked at their Houston Fourplex presentation deck and it appears that the Southpark project is almost the same in terms of building design etc (the interior pictures of the fourplexes are exactly the same).I too am considering investing in their Southpark fourplexes so would definitely appreciate people sharing their thoughts and investment experiences.   

But NOT having renters insurance and allowing water leak is not OK in my book.The water damage in the ceiling appears minor (to the naked eye).
