Like you said, probably not so easy here in MA but you did give me an idea about alternative uses...I typically focus on properties that I can make buildable by solving zoning issues, access issues or minor wetland issues.

Being listed on multiple OTA allows users that use alternate OTAs to see your STR and could provide a higher ADR even if you end up lower ranked of the OTAs.Basically it comes down to having all your eggs in a single basket and is too risky for my liking.i am one of those STR owners that corrects anyone that refers to my STR or STR business as an AirBnB.

Alternatively if they all love the deal, that's also likely a good sign.You can get a dog of a property in a crap neighborhood that will yield a 13.6% gross cap (not saying yours is), but that certainly doesn't tell the whole financial picture of how the asset will perform.
