Hey y'all, What kind of value do you like to see your LO's add? 

In my opinion, the L/O in this case, does not give you enough protection based on the significant Option consideration you are paying.

You have to ask you LO that question.

@Chris Lo not an issue unless deteriorating, which potential exposes people to the fibers and is thus a health hazard.Even then, all you have to do is properly encapsulate it, usually with paint and then put siding over it.What cities are you looking in?

Then called back my LO at the CU to refi the heloc since the value had gone up.

I would suggest after reading into all the information provided by LO's above, which I wont reiterate, to find a referral from other RE investors in your area for private money.

Either way, there is a need for cash for the DP's for these properties.Using the existing CF as a means to accumulate this needed cash is a slow, S  L  O  W  process. 

Best to talk with a licensed LO in your state that can tell you what you qualify for and not make those decisions for yourself.
