You'd have to stick to tasks like messaging guests, scheduling cleaners, etc.

I would love to help you in any way that I can in your new adventure. 

Ask if you can do little tasks like having to go change a lightbulb, change a lock, etc.

The big difference here is some federal state or local agencies will have to be redeployed to take on this task creating a lack of services in the areas they were already operating. 

Hey @Erika Andersen I totally hear you in wanting to save some money and taking on the task yourself.
