Maybe they had issues that were not their fault but unethical and dishonest people sadly tend to remain so.And, if I was accidentally dealing with shady people, the last thing I'd want is to be in a fund of theirs in which I have no control, am in a subordinated position and take most of the risks while they make most of the profit.

You will be hard pressed to do this if you are spread through 4 separate markets.

Next year there will be regional lenders and various operators all too happy to move on things, and pressed to do so.

Right now the press is pretty much just looking for clicks on the hot topic. 

While I understand your concern, repeated reminders can feel a bit pressing and unnecessary. we have to track the source of leak source first.fix the source of leak if is coming from our aparement wait sometime to make sure there is no more leak and repair the ceiling

I am sure the press will hype it up though and these identical ponzi schemes run in just cash all the time too. 

It's more terminology and making sure you don't accidentally discriminate somehow.  

Don't they take down pages that are clearly press releases or, in this case, a summary of all of his books?
