there are ways that i have read about expanding and scaling the business.  

My husband and I have 3 single families that have been more like a hobby but we are thinking seriously about expanding and getting serious.

we have put together strong policies (including a full policy manual) and procedures for the office, paperwork, maintenance, etc...So, after putting all of that together for our own properties, we thought about expanding.

I am thinking about expanding my options outside of Alabama.

I'm also thinking about expanding my real estate business to include renovation realty services that would allow me to assess a client's home, propose renovations that could add value, renovate the home, and sell it.

Oftentimes it's all about expanding your vocabulary and understanding the language of the industry in order to track down what you're looking for!
