Just like on the West coast pre foreclosures are highly regulated but folks violate those laws all the time..

Due to inflation and the drastic increases in material, labor, and supplies, that's naturally caused carriers to rethink limits/values on file. 

Follow your state regulations on notices but do everything you can to avoid an eviction.

I don't know if that is included in the total rent numbers the owner supplied. 

I find it easier this way once you know your regulations and ROI in certain areas.

With the fires, labor and materials are going to be in short supply.

At this time in the cycle there is just more demand than supply.
