I would also check Zillow so you can scroll through pictures and see what the conditions of each unit being advertised are.

I was checking out your coverage page and noticed that as you scroll down it becomes hard to read the table because the header disappears.You may want to do a "persisten header" (similar to this page when you scroll down) so that the table header remains visible even as scrolling down.
