Hi @Alan Da Costa, I agree, I'm not a big fan of utilizing the existing hotel industry jargon for STRs, especially considering the fact that hotels are built on a model of rooms occupied by different guests for overlapping days.

Unless your lease says the tenant will never be uncomfortable, and is entitled to reimbursement if they are uncomfortable, you should reimburse exactly zippity-do-da.

I found a cabinet company called fabuwood that is considerably cheaper and they have quality cabinets and contemporary style.Definitely going to pass on schuler and Kraftmaid - pricing is too high.
