I never got to house hack, but I have done two live in flips in the Riverside area once my kids got into school.

Hey BiggerPockets community,I’m looking for some advice on selling my investment property in Riverside, California, especially since I’m considering offering creative financing options.

Most of the multi-family units in Jacksonville that I think are in an area that I would feel safe are in riverside/5 points or San Marco.The issue, I think, with Jacksonville is that the supple of Multi-family units is low which makes the pricepoint of them higher.

Just last year I expanded my property portfolio in California which now includes Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and Kern counties. 

We are now building our portfolio through flipping, BRRRR's, and additional STR's until we reach our end goal of unique stays in the form of luxury treehouse STR's on secluded riverside locales. 

I had 2 STRs at the Great Recession (GR) that have currently over 20m people within a few hours drive (San Diego, Tijuana, Orange County, Los Angeles, riverside, and imperial county), not sure what population was at GC.  

In Riverside you'll have to install a panel and meter on the ADU.

It is in the Beverly Glen/Bel Air area. 

My company leases a property from a private landlord in Glen Ellyn, with permission to sublease.
