People react emotionally to things first, which is exactly what you don't do in investing, in fact one of my rules for life.

If you were a FL native, you'd think, fun back in the 80s during Beach Week, Spring Break and they have the race track, but you would never want to live there!  

Also, I created, a LatiNOS community within SubTo, where we learn and reinforce our knowledge in our native language, Spanish. 

Abet it still sucks.Another undeveloped takeaway that I have is how influential interest rates are with real estate prices especially when you get such a synthetic change to interest rates we have seen this year, whereas we have seen the stock market react counterintuitively positive (perhaps due to fake money being produced).

Can't react to everything and change direction with every new head wind.

I am hoping we see a pullback in markets I want to invest in, but it really depends on how the public reacts to whoever gets voted in, and the rate changes in the next year.
