Donating money to large (FEMA, Red Cross), local organizations or Go Fund Me pages would be the quickest way.

The specific assistance organization, the screening of the tenant, the property, and the PM company that should be communicating with the tenant all play a role in the success of your investment in regards to tenants.

As a young investor, stay organized, keep learning, and don't be afraid to ask for help.

The national organizations can have a lot of money backing them from Alumni and it would be a very long term lease. 

If you can't find existing meetups, create your own by organizing casual gatherings for like-minded investors.

If you are organized enough to forsee hang ups and talk with your GC about potential challenges on a regular basis, two brains are better than one.

Many other investors have asked themselves (and others this question) but what I believe it ultimately comes down to is what are your goals (how much money you'd like to make), are you physically able to manage it yourself and do you have the right organization and systems in place to do it on your own. 

Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..). 

We would love to work together with a organization that sells the property and has services like rehab network, financing, property management. 

Once you get organized and get the process down, placing tenants shouldn't be such tedious work.
