@Tchaka Owen - so I’ve had mixed experiences with both Lending One & SIL, If the need came up again, i’d probably look for a new option... in addition to Lending one.Experience 1: Lending one, was preapproved for a loan on a new purchase & got all the way to scheduling the appraisal when a mysterious cap was put in place requiring a 60k per unit valuation (was never disclosed prior or even mentioned as a risk), they pulled out.

It's not a mystery that the intention was to essentially stop wholesaling.

The Big Three to watch out for are rape, robbery and murder.

Seems that turning the dial made it colder and the ceiling fan mysteriously stated working.

Just as examples:1) You drive by and see the grass is overgrown, making the house look abandoned2) You have a friend mystery shop your own house and learn the realtor is not returning calls3) You go looking at other properties for sale in that community and learn that your price is way to high for a 2/1

One of their maintenance guys was murdered about 18 mo ago, while scouting a property on his way home.

Tenant is murdered in rental and police rope it off for 2 months And this doesn’t even include my commercial properties!

The tenant screamed blue murder that I let him in without her knowing (she's problematic).
