It does need maintenance at least once a year with Leather Food or the like to keep it nice.

This was fully vacant property near the lake and Whole Foods.

There were people out and about smiling and offering free food to other residents.Through the ups and downs, we continue to believe in the project and the area.

Just some food for thought for anyone looking to invest in the immediate area.

The farmers were getting less and less allocations to grow food because of overpopulation and wild life wet lands were getting drying and dryer.

For example, Yunta in South End is a must-try Peruvian spot with amazing food and a great atmosphere.

No to very little crime no worries with water or food borne illness's  etc etc.  

@Roger D Jones if the power goes out and all the food in her fridge spoils.
